On October 9 and 10, 2023, a Steering committee meeting was held at the University of Valladolid (Spain). The event was attended by representatives of all partner organizations that are members of th e consortium.
First day, after welcome speeches of ViceRector of Palencia Campus Amalia Rodriguez and UniClaD coordinator Vytaute Giedraitiene were presented the reports of activities done by partners: purchased equipment, Expertise Centre activity, created work team, launched Pilot Project, local meetings with stakeholders, dissemination activity.
About Project’s Progress Report and Implementation Issues has told Vytaute Giedraitiene, project coordinator from KK, Lithuania.
During the day, the following issues were also considered: an update on Expertise Centre and Pilot Project, development of the Legal Framework for Expertise Centers, planning of the development of the training modules, study tours implementation and finalization.
The second day of the Steering committee meeting was dedicated to the development of the methodology, organization of workshops in Moldova and Azerbaijan and also to student mobility issues, dissemination issues (newsletters, external project publications, update of website/portal) and Quality Insurance within the project.
The meeting ended with summing up and approval of the Work Plan for the next 6 months.
