Poznań University of Life Sciences hosted master's students from Azerbaijan State Agricultural University

 

In the period from May 16 to June 14, 2024, the Poznań University of Life Sciences (PULS) hosted talented master's students from Azerbaijan State Agricultural University for a dynamic four-week Erasmus+ UniClad Student Mobility program!

The first week was the week of introduction and cultural immersion. Students enjoyed orientation, classes, lectures, and workshops on renewable energy, EU economic policies, and agribusiness. Students listened to a lecture on biotechnology by Dr. Marcin Pszczoła

 and visited the A-FEEL Lab with Dr. Olga Grabowska-Chenczke.

 

During the second week, students were offered an academic deep dive that focused on master's seminars, classes and lectures on sustainable development and students’ Master Thesis presentations.

 

The third week of student mobility can be called "Hands-On Experience". This week's program included industry visits and collaborative research. The main points of the program are a visit to the Animal Histology and Embryology Lab and embryology and a Tour of the "Przybroda" Experimental Farm

 

The final week of the program was devoted t o final presentations and farewell. Students completed their projects and presented their results. Students visited the new Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the University.

 

This program enhances academic knowledge and fosters cultural exchange, strengthening international ties. Big shoutout to the university staff for their support!
