Project Objectives Innovative and sustainable development of Gagauz Yeri agricultural holdings through the clusters' formation involving entrepreneurs, local government, and Comrat State University.

- Research on the whole milk quality for raw materials compliance with the current technical regulations;
- Research on nutritional diets of high-yielding cows;
- Research on processed products quality (organoleptic evaluation, microbiological research).
