Inovative Technological Center

The Inovative Technological Center was established on the basis of Azerbaijan Technical University.

It was created according to the Statue of Expertise Cente and works under organisational structure of the University.It is under use of Institute of Higer Education which deals with education of master and PhD students.

According to the constituent documents, the employees and students of the university will be involved in the work of the Centre.

Among the advisory activity by EC are: Project management courses, Development of Project proposals, Mentors support for product development, Product development courses, Design thinking.
The companies Agroelm MMC, Agrovita MMC and Balaken Toxum take the active participation in Uni activity.
The Centre actively conducts workshops and seminars, trainings for companies.

Pilot Project

The name of the Pilot Project is Development of Fodder Calculator

General Objective:

Development of open source hands-on mobile application enabling calculation of monthly/annual balanced nutrition of animal fodder and required area for their cultivation, and its rolling out. 
Specific objectives:

  • to develop user friendly multi-functional digital tool easily and quickly accessible to calculate optimum annual/monthly animal feed rations; 
  • to calculate required land plots for the sowing of required feed 
  • enable availability of digital tool for delivery of real time information to target audience including air forecast per specific regions of the country, and other necessary.

Natiq Gurbanov (academic staff), Elnur Sadigov (PHD student) and Anar Haciyev (PhD student) are involved into the realisation of the Pilot Project.

Agrarian Innovation Center and Ministry of Agriculture  of the Republic of Azerbaijan are involved in Pilot Project too.
